Worm Care During Shipping: To ensure the health and safety of your worms during transit, they are kept in bedding with approximately 80% moisture at our facility. However, they will be shipped in lightly moistened coco coir bedding. This reduces the risk of freezing in cold weather or overheating in hot weather.

Acclimation Instructions: Upon arrival, the coco coir and worms can be immediately added to your composting bin. We recommend gently spraying the bedding and worms with water to increase the moisture level to match your existing bin conditions. The worms may appear sluggish initially, but will become more active within a few days in their new environment.
